KumaraGuru, completed his graduation in engineering and post-graduation in human resource management, started his career as a marketer and later rose to the power of HR. He started a placement consultancy in Coimbatore. During his tenure as an HR consultant, he has delivered guest lectures in some of the premier institutions like PSG Tech, PSG Arts, PSG Polytechnic, Bharathiyar University, TNAU, GRD, etc...

With an inspired zeal in training, he realized that something extra has to be added to his programmes, in order to, make a difference in the lives of individuals who want to go beyond the obvious, and so he decided to make himself as a motivational speaker with deep concentration in communication. A candidate turns absolutely confident and is able to achieve phenomenal success in life when he is able to communicate boldly. Hence for the past twenty years he has co-actively engaged himself in the profession of helping people achieve their personal and professional goals by making communication as catalyst.

As a trainer, motivational speaker and counselor he has touched the lives of lakhs of people who are students, professors advocates in high courts and supreme court, doctors, IPS officers, senior managers from corporate companies, start up entrepreneurs, etc and also also has delivered induction, sales, customer handling, labor laws, tax & finance training to various corporate companies like Cognizant, KGISL, KG Construction, Havells, Bajaj Finserv, Coptech Wires Pvt. Ltd and some other chain of restaurants. He currently runs an educational trust titled IDF (Instinctive Drive Foundation) and also is the founder of Kumaraguru IAS Academy.
